Position Overview
We are hiring a high-level WordPress Developer who understands how websites drive business. This role requires thinking beyond code to take ownership of performance, SEO, and conversion. You will be directly responsible for building and optimizing websites that generate inbound leads.
If your experience is limited to themes and basic builds, this role is not a fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, customize, and maintain high-performance WordPress websites.
- Optimize site speed, Core Web Vitals, and technical SEO.
- Develop landing pages designed to convert traffic into qualified leads.
- Collaborate with marketing and SEO teams to execute ranking strategies.
- Implement structured data and advanced on-page SEO elements.
- Improve site architecture to support keyword dominance.
- Manage integrations with CRM systems, chat tools, and analytics platforms.
- Troubleshoot technical issues affecting rankings or performance.
- Ensure scalability, security, and uptime across all sites.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional WordPress development experience.
- Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Deep understanding of WordPress (themes, plugins, custom development).
- Experience improving Core Web Vitals and site speed.
- Working knowledge of technical SEO and on-page optimization.
- Experience with page builders (Elementor preferred).
- Ability to diagnose ranking and indexing issues.
- Familiarity with hosting environments, DNS, and migrations.
