What Will You Do?

• Oversee the planning, development, and launch of multiple websites built on WordPress and other platforms, ensuring they meet client goals and industry standards.
• Collaborate with clients to define project objectives, provide regular updates, and ensure their satisfaction.
• Work closely with designers, developers, SEO specialists, and content creators to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Review and approve all project deliverables to ensure accessibility, adherence to SEO best practices, and overall quality.
• Continuously improve workflows to enhance efficiency and project outcomes.

Requirements

Must-haves:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience managing WordPress development projects within a digital marketing agency environment.
• Professional-level English proficiency.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Web Development, or a closely related field.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in WordPress development, with familiarity across other CMS platforms.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience in managing custom WordPress plugin development projects.
• Hands-on coding experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, or other web development languages.

Work Timings:

• Availability to provide at least 7 hours of overlap with the 9 am-5 pm EST workday (Monday - Friday).
