What You Will Do

• Oversee the planning, development, and launch of multiple websites on WordPress and other platforms, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry standards.
• Collaborate with clients to define project objectives, provide regular updates, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Work closely with designers, developers, SEO specialists, and content creators to ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery.
• Review and approve all project deliverables, verifying accessibility, adherence to SEO best practices, and overall quality.
• Continuously enhance workflows to improve efficiency and project outcomes.

Requirements

Must-Haves:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience managing WordPress development projects within a digital marketing agency.
• Professional-level English proficiency.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Web Development, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in WordPress development, with familiarity with other CMS platforms.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience managing custom WordPress plugin development projects.
• Coding experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, or other web development languages.

Work Timings:

• Ability to provide at least 7 hours of overlap with the 9 am-5 pm EST workday (Monday - Friday).
