What we are looking for

• Verifiable working experience in WordPress CMS and custom theme development.
• Significant PHP working experience with strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills.
• Ability to create clean, high-quality sites based on mockups and image slicing.
• Familiarity with Core Web Vitals, including testing and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of ADA Compliance, with the flexibility and resourcefulness to adapt and adhere to these standards.
• Ability to take extreme ownership over your work, consistently performing to agreed-upon expectations regarding estimates and process.
• Ability to identify with Bluelight's clients' goals and dedicate yourself to delivering on team commitments.
• A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Forensic attention to detail.
