What We Are Looking For

• Verifiable experience in WordPress CMS and custom theme development.
• Significant PHP experience with strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills.
• Ability to create clean, high-quality websites from mockups and image files.
• Familiarity with Core Web Vitals, including testing and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of ADA Compliance and the ability to adapt to these standards.
• Demonstrated ability to take extreme ownership of work, meeting agreed-upon expectations and processes.
• Capacity to align with client goals and deliver on team commitments.
• A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
