What We Are Looking For:

• Verifiable working experience in WordPress CMS and custom theme development.
• Significant PHP working experience with excellent HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills.
• Ability to create clean and effective websites based on mockups and image slicing.
• Familiarity with Core Web Vitals, including testing and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of ADA Compliance, with flexibility and resourcefulness to adapt and adhere to these standards.
• Ability to take extreme ownership over your work, consistently meeting agreed-upon expectations for estimates and process.
• Ability to identify with Bluelight's clients' goals and dedicate yourself to delivering on commitments.
• A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Forensic attention to detail.
