We are looking for a versatile professional to create end-to-end digital experiences for our clients. While some experience is expected, we are committed to fostering your professional growth.
Key Responsibilities & Required Skills:
- Website Design & Development: Design and develop websites, portals, and landing pages using WordPress (or other CMS platforms like Sitecore and Drupal). Experience with Elementor Pro, WooCommerce, or similar tools is ideal.
- UX/UI Design: Demonstrate creativity and the ability to craft elegant, user-friendly designs. Utilize graphic design tools such as Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent. Basic video editing and motion graphics skills are a plus.
- SEO & Analytics: Perform analysis and optimization for Search Engine Optimization (SEO). Utilize analytics platforms, with a minimum requirement of Google Analytics, to understand target audiences, ensure discoverability, and analyze usage patterns for content and engagement improvement. Proficiency in Excel is essential.
- HTML Newsletter Development: Design and develop responsive HTML newsletters that function seamlessly across various email clients.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with HTML and CSS. Some experience with Javascript, SQL, and PHP/nodeJS is highly beneficial, and you will have opportunities to further develop these skills.
- Digital Marketing & Hosting (Plus): Ability to operate and automate digital marketing systems (e.g., email/Mailchimp, Tag Manager). Experience managing shared hosting environments (Siteground, CPanel, WordPress, DNS, Email, etc.) to ensure 24/7, secure, and high-performance operations.
- English Language Skills: Sufficient English proficiency for business and technical conversations, learning from English content, and exchanging emails with customers and partners.
- Continuous Learning: Openness to evolving skills, staying updated on new trends, tools, and technologies, automating repetitive tasks, and contributing to team growth.
