Key Responsibilities and Scope of Work

• Develop and maintain websites and applications from scratch or using third-party builders, providing comprehensive back-end and front-end services.
• Manage administrative tasks remotely, including website maintenance and social media marketing, utilizing tools like Canva and various AI technologies.
• Provide business consultation to clients, bridging business ideas with necessary technology requirements.
• Deliver technical solutions for clients, including building e-commerce platforms, booking web applications, and implementing web payment solutions.
• Implement ERP solutions for Micro, Small, and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs) using platforms such as Shopify, GoDaddy, or Odoo ERP.
• Develop, manage, and maintain client web applications using PHP and Laravel.
• Design, develop, and maintain in-house monitoring and booking systems for administrative tasks.
• Aid the client acquisitions team by providing technical project information and managing communication between teams to align client expectations (Web Apps Development Secretary duties).
• Pioneer the development, testing, and implementation of new in-house web systems (e.g., Knowledge Base System (KBS) and Human Resource Information System (HRIS)) using PHP, MySQL, and Javascript.
• Analyze and design efficient workflows for HR and administrative processes.
• Conceptualize and repurpose reporting tools for management use.
• Support the BizOps team in data extraction and report generation using in-house applications and Microsoft Office apps.
• Assist the BizOps and DevOps teams.
• Develop cross-platform claims and benefits systems (e.g., Defined Contribution Benefits System (DCOBS)) using C# and Xamarin Studio.
