Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for web projects.
- Develop responsive and visually appealing front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, SCSS, JavaScript, Angular, React, and Bootstrap, ensuring optimal user experience across devices.
- Build robust back-end systems utilizing frameworks such as Django, Spring Framework, ASP.NET, Ruby on Rails, and PHP to support application logic and data processing.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and web services using GraphQL, SOAP, JSON, XML, and other protocols for seamless data exchange.
- Manage and optimize databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB, and SQLite to efficiently store and retrieve application data.
- Implement version control practices using GitHub, SVN, or similar tools; utilize CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins or Azure DevOps for automated testing and deployment.
- Ensure system architecture is scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices in DevOps and system design principles.
- Conduct unit testing and code reviews to maintain high-quality standards; utilize tools like Visual Studio for debugging and development.
- Optimize websites for SEO and performance; incorporate wireframing and UX principles to enhance user flows and overall usability.
- Maintain documentation of codebases and workflows on Trello or Jira; participate actively in Agile development cycles.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in full-stack web development with a strong portfolio demonstrating responsive web design projects.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3 (SCSS), JavaScript (TypeScript), jQuery, Angular, React, and Bootstrap.
- Solid back-end development skills using frameworks such as Django (Python), Spring (Java), ASP.NET (C#), Ruby on Rails, or PHP.
- Hands-on experience working with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB, or SQLite; strong SQL knowledge required.
- Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker; experience with Ansible for automation is a plus.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure for deployment; strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
- Experience with version control systems including GitHub or SVN; familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
- Strong understanding of system architecture principles; ability to develop scalable solutions aligned with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive attitude toward learning new technologies.
- Ability to work effectively within Agile teams using tools like Jira or Trello; excellent communication skills are essential.
