Your Role
You will assume end-to-end responsibility for customer projects, from kickoff through the hyper-care phase. This includes:
- Directly communicating with clients to understand their requirements.
- Designing and independently implementing AI-driven solutions.
- Managing the entire project lifecycle: Conception, Implementation, Go-Live, and Hyper-Care.
- Serving as the technical contact for 2nd level support.
- Contributing to architectural and infrastructure discussions.
- Taking on CTO-like tasks for the company.
In essence, you will be more than just a developer; you will be directly involved with clients and fully responsible for your projects.
Tech Stack
Our focus is on modern web technologies, including:
- Professionalized Vibecoding with Supabase.
- Building and evolving our technical architecture and infrastructure.
- Existing projects primarily in PHP / Laravel (not a main focus).
What We Are Looking For
You are an ideal candidate if you possess:
- Several years of experience in web development.
- Prior experience working in agencies or as a freelancer.
- A passion for communicating with clients and translating complex requirements.
- The ability to work independently and take full ownership.
- A structured approach to managing multiple projects concurrently.
- A desire to contribute beyond just writing code.
Important: A perfect resume is not required, but a strong desire to take responsibility is essential.
