Role Overview
We are seeking a versatile and motivated Full-Stack Web Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications that drive efficiency and innovation across our platforms. You will collaborate closely with our team to implement both front-end and back-end solutions, ensuring seamless functionality and an exceptional user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications utilizing modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, PHP).
- Design and integrate RESTful APIs and efficiently manage databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and fellow developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full technology stack, implementing timely improvements and updates.
- Ensure all web applications are secure, scalable, and optimized for peak performance.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance our web platforms.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in both front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, modern frameworks) and back-end development (Node.js, Python, PHP, or equivalent).
- Experience with database design, complex queries, and optimization (SQL or NoSQL).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and modern deployment processes.
- Understanding of responsive design principles, web accessibility, and performance optimization best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to learning new technologies.
