Web Developer (Part-Time)

Intermediate Level Frontend & WordPress Specialist

We are seeking an Intermediate-level Part-Time Web Developer with strong frontend technology skills and proven experience working with WordPress, to support the development, maintenance, and optimization of websites. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of transforming design mockups into functional, optimized sites.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in web development.
• Proficiency in HTML5.
• Proficiency in CSS3 (Tailwind CSS desirable).
• Experience managing CSS media queries.
• JavaScript expertise focused on:
  • DOM Manipulation
  • Events
  • Basic Interactions
• Basic knowledge of PHP.
• Verifiable experience with WordPress.
• Website layout and templating.

Desirable Requirements (Non-Essential)

• Customizing WordPress themes.
• Using and adjusting plugins.
• Editing functions.
• Understanding of performance optimization and basic technical SEO.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop website layouts based on designs (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools).
• Customize and maintain existing WordPress sites.
• Implement basic interactions using JavaScript.
• Optimize site structure, styles, and overall performance.
• Debug errors and provide support for ongoing projects.
• Collaborate with the team on continuous improvements.
• Meet delivery deadlines and maintain consistent communication.

Compensation & Benefits
