Web Developer

RightHand, a specialist in digital talent acquisition and recruitment, is seeking a Web Developer with a strong technical foundation and strategic vision to create high-performance digital experiences. This international role focuses on projects for the US market, requiring autonomy, initiative, and excellent collaboration with multidisciplinary teams including design, content, SEO, and media.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate technical proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize websites, primarily on WordPress, but also across other platforms.
• Build and adapt landing pages for high-performance digital campaigns.
• Implement web performance improvements, including WPO, Core Web Vitals, loading speed, and responsive optimization.
• Configure and manage tracking systems such as Google Tag Manager, events, forms, buttons, and scroll depth.
• Integrate third-party tools and APIs, including CRM, automation platforms, and advanced forms.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in accessibility, technical SEO, UX, and web analytics.
• Diagnose and efficiently resolve technical incidents.
• Collaborate closely with content, design, and marketing teams to deliver coherent and efficient digital solutions.

Requirements

• Proven web development experience.
• Technical mastery of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Advanced experience in WordPress development, including themes, child themes, and custom plugins.
• Knowledge of configuring Google Tag Manager, GA4, and various analytics systems.
• Ability to optimize web performance effectively.
• Autonomy in managing multiple parallel projects.
• Availability to work hours compatible with the USA (with flexibility).
• High level of technical English proficiency (written and spoken).
