Web Developer (Remote, 1099 Contractor)
We are seeking an experienced Web Developer (5+ years preferred) to join our expanding digital marketing team. This remote 1099 contractor role requires expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously while delivering clean, optimized, and reliable websites and landing pages.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize high-performance websites and landing pages using platforms like WordPress and Unbounce.
- Ensure responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile-friendly performance across all projects.
- Implement and manage essential plugins, APIs, and third-party integrations.
- Set up and optimize GA4 (Google Analytics 4) and GTM (Google Tag Manager) tracking across client accounts.
- Troubleshoot site issues rapidly and provide effective, lasting solutions.
- Collaborate closely with SEO, content, and PPC teams for integrated digital marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional web development experience.
- Strong proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and PHP.
- Solid experience with WordPress, including custom theme development, plugin management, and advanced troubleshooting.
