We are seeking motivated and talented individuals to join our growing digital team as a Web Designer, WordPress Developer, or Technical SEO Specialist. In this role, you will be involved in designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing websites for various business projects. Depending on your skills and area of expertise, you may focus on website design, WordPress development, Technical SEO, website performance, or a combination of these areas.

We welcome both experienced candidates and individuals with less working experience who demonstrate strong potential, responsibility, a willingness to learn, and a desire for continuous improvement. You do not need to be an expert in every area; candidates specializing in Web Design, WordPress Development, Technical SEO, or a combination of these skills are encouraged to apply.

Salary Range: RM4,000 – RM15,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, capabilities, and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities: What You'll Be Doing

Depending on your position, experience, and area of expertise, your responsibilities will include:

• Designing modern, professional, responsive, and user-friendly websites for desktop and mobile devices.
• Developing, customizing, managing, and maintaining WordPress websites using themes, plugins, Elementor, and other relevant website-building tools.
• Creating and managing website pages, landing pages, forms, navigation structures, and other website components.
• Performing Technical SEO, including website structure optimization, crawling, indexing, sitemap management, schema markup, redirects, internal linking, and other technical improvements.
• Improving website loading speed, mobile responsiveness, Core Web Vitals, usability, and overall website performance.
• Conducting keyword research and optimizing website pages, metadata, content structure, and internal links to improve organic search visibility.
• Identifying and troubleshooting website issues, including broken pages, plugin conflicts, indexing problems, technical SEO errors, and other website-related problems.
• Monitoring website traffic, SEO performance, rankings, and other relevant data using appropriate analytics and SEO tools.
• Working closely with marketing, content, design, and management teams to continuously improve website performance and support business objectives.
• Effectively utilizing AI tools to improve productivity, research, content development, website planning, design processes, troubleshooting, SEO analysis, and other relevant tasks.
• Continuously exploring new technologies, tools, strategies, and methods to improve the quality and efficiency of our websites and digital projects.

Required Skills & Experience: What We're Looking For

We are seeking candidates with experience, knowledge, or demonstrated ability in one or more of the following areas:

• Web Design, WordPress Development, Technical SEO, UI/UX, Website Management, or SEO.
• Familiarity with WordPress, themes, plugins, Elementor, or other relevant website-building tools.
• Understanding of Technical SEO concepts such as crawling, indexing, website structure, redirects, schema markup, page speed, internal linking, and search engine optimization.
• Ability to create or contribute to clean, professional, responsive, and user-friendly websites.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, or other SEO and website tools will be an added advantage.
• Ability to effectively utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT and other relevant AI platforms to improve productivity, solve problems, conduct research, and complete tasks more efficiently.
• Must be able to read, understand, and communicate in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong willingness to learn, improve, and continuously develop new skills; open to feedback, new technologies, and new ways of working.
• Responsible, self-disciplined, proactive, and able to manage assigned tasks independently, especially in a remote working environment.
• Good communication, problem-solving, time-management, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to take initiative when facing problems instead of simply waiting for instructions.

Positions Available

Web Designer

• Responsible for designing modern, professional, responsive, and user-friendly websites.
• The role may include website layouts, UI/UX, visual design, landing pages, mobile responsiveness, and improving the overall user experience.

WordPress Developer

• Responsible for developing, customizing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving WordPress websites.
• Experience with WordPress themes, plugins, Elementor, website migration, website performance, and troubleshooting will be an advantage.

Technical SEO Specialist

• Responsible for improving website search visibility and technical performance.
• The role may include crawling, indexing, Google Search Console, schema markup, redirects, site architecture, internal linking, page-speed optimization, Core Web Vitals, and identifying Technical SEO issues.

Candidates with experience across multiple areas are highly encouraged to apply.
