Web Designer (m/f/d)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Web Designer (m/f/d) to support our team in developing and designing modern, appealing websites. In this position, you will be responsible for the conception, implementation, and optimization of web projects to ensure a user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing online presence. You will bring in creative ideas and implement them with technical skill to continuously improve our digital offerings.

Responsibilities

• Design and implementation of web designs, taking into account current trends and usability standards
• Development of responsive websites with a focus on user experience and accessibility
• Programming of websites with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, as well as other technologies such as PHP, Angular, React, or Node.js as required
• Integration of content management systems such as WordPress or SharePoint
• Optimization of websites regarding performance, SEO, and search engine rankings
• Collaboration with developers, marketing teams, and other departments to realize joint projects
• Creation of wireframes, mockups, and design concepts using tools such as Visio or Sketch
• Maintenance and updating of existing websites as well as implementation of new features using modern frameworks such as Bootstrap or SCSS
• Analysis of user behavior and derivation of optimization measures in the field of digital marketing and SEO

Qualifications

• Knowledge of SEO, AJAX, Bootstrap, SQL, as well as basic knowledge of Python is an advantage
• Confident handling of Mailchimp and other tools in the field of digital marketing is desirable
• Creativity paired with a good sense of design and user guidance
• Analytical skills to evaluate user behavior and website data
• Ability to work in a team as well as an independent working style and high motivation for further development in a dynamic environment

Salary: €14.00 - €16.00 per hour
