Web Designer

We are looking for a Web Designer who excels at delivering exceptional aesthetics and specialized representation of a client's business through their website design expertise. You should create a unique brand identity for our clients, believing in sustainable design solutions with the best aesthetics. Your talent should produce web designs that are on par with the content and effectively represent client business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Undertake design assignments from conception to completion.
• Create visually appealing and catchy concepts for clients or design agencies.
• Build user-friendly designs to simplify complex processes.
• Develop clear storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
• Conduct design presentations to stakeholders, including management and clients.
• Identify technical problems by testing web pages.
• Provide suggestions and guidance for UI design elements (layout, styles, color).
• Coordinate with the design team and web developers.
• Optimize existing sites for maximum scalability and speed.
• Create effective and appealing websites for optimal user experiences.
• Stay updated on the latest web design trends and techniques.

Requirements

• B.E. in Computer Science or Information Technology. BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction or Visual Arts.
• Proven 2+ years of work experience as a Web Designer, Visual Designer, or in a relevant role.
• A strong web design portfolio is preferred.
• Highly proficient in Photoshop, HTML, CSS, and PHP.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development.
• Ability to follow best practices and international coding standards.
• Experience working with various content management systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work from home when required.
• High degree of accuracy.
• Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• A keen eye for detail.
• Local candidates are a plus.
