Key Responsibilities: Web Design
- Design visually compelling, user-friendly, and conversion-optimized websites for diverse clients.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively illustrate design concepts and user flows.
- Ensure all designs strictly adhere to brand identity, marketing objectives, and leading UI/UX practices.
- Optimize web designs for maximum responsiveness, accessibility, and seamless cross-browser compatibility.
Key Responsibilities: Web Development
- Develop and maintain responsive, high-performing websites utilizing platforms such as WordPress and Shopify.
- Implement critical technical SEO best practices, including site speed optimization, structured data implementation, and mobile usability improvements.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve website performance issues, security vulnerabilities, and functional bugs.
- Customize themes and plugins to significantly enhance website functionality and overall user experience.
- Ensure seamless integration across web design, SEO, and PPC strategies to maximize client success metrics.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in both web development and web design.
- Proven expertise with core technologies including WordPress, Shopify, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Proficiency in industry-standard web design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Photoshop.
- Strong analytical capabilities, demonstrated by experience using tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Tag Manager.
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines.
- Certification in Google Ads, UI/UX design, or other relevant platforms is considered a strong asset.
