Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in computer science (required)
- 5+ years of experience in commercial software development (required)
- Experience working in teams of 15+ developers, coordinating, communicating, and delivering effectively at scale.
- Experience using AI tools such as Cursor or Claude Code for agentic development.
- Proficiency in MVC web development and MySQL or similar databases.
- Full-stack development capability with GIT proficiency and Linux environment familiarity.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and AWS.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.
- Experience with unit and integration testing.
Bonus Skills
- Expertise in React, GraphQL, Tailwind, NextJS, or PHP.
