Job Summary
We are seeking an innovative Web Application Developer to join our tech team. This role focuses on driving the development of cutting-edge web solutions, including designing, building, and maintaining scalable, responsive, and user-friendly web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement robust features, optimize performance, and ensure seamless system integration. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using modern frameworks such as React, Angular, Django, and ASP.NET, ensuring high performance and responsiveness across devices.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and web services for efficient data exchange between front-end and back-end systems.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create wireframes and develop responsive web designs that enhance user experience.
- Manage databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB, SQLite, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval through SQL queries and data visualization.
- Utilize containerization tools like Docker and automate deployment with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) to streamline development workflows.
- Apply system architecture principles and DevOps practices for scalability, security, and reliability on cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Conduct unit testing, code reviews, and use version control systems (Git, SVN) to maintain high-quality code in an Agile environment (Jira, Trello).
- Implement web design best practices, including SEO optimization, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
- Support ongoing maintenance by troubleshooting, optimizing performance, and updating features based on user feedback.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in front-end development technologies: HTML5, CSS3 (SCSS), JavaScript (TypeScript), jQuery, Bootstrap, Angular, React, Redux, Vue.js.
- Strong back-end development experience with languages like Python (Django), PHP, C#, Java (Spring Framework), Ruby on Rails, or Node.js.
- Experience with databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB, SQLite, including complex SQL queries and data visualization.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker), automation (Ansible), CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins), version control (Git/GitHub/SVN), and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
- Knowledge of system architecture principles for scalable applications; understanding of RESTful APIs & SOAP web services; GraphQL experience is a plus.
- Ability to develop responsive web applications that adapt seamlessly across devices while maintaining high performance.
- Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies; experience with project management tools like Jira or Trello.
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles, including wireframing; familiarity with web design tools like Visual Studio.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (WordPress) or custom solutions; understanding of SEO best practices for web visibility.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, including system deployment on Tomcat servers; application monitoring tools experience is advantageous.
