At Scalo, you can expect:
- A project where you will be responsible for migrating a website from Pagely hosting to a WordPress environment on AWS (e.g., Lightsail).
- Ensuring full consistency of content, structures, and plugins during the migration process.
- Implementing API integrations with privacy management tools (such as OneTrust).
- Optimizing website performance, security, and multilingual capabilities.
- Preparing technical documentation and transferring knowledge to maintenance teams (BAU).
- Collaborating with legal, engineering, and privacy teams.
- Supporting functional and integration testing, ensuring the highest quality of deployments.
- Remote work.
- A rate of up to 120 PLN/hour for B2B contracts, depending on experience.
This Offer is For You If You Have:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in WordPress website development and administration.
- Documented experience working with AWS hosting environments (Lightsail, EC2, S3, etc.).
- Excellent knowledge of API design and integration principles (RESTful services).
- Familiarity with privacy platforms and tools (e.g., OneTrust) and GDPR/CCPA regulations.
- Experience configuring multilingual websites and customizing branding.
- The ability to effectively collaborate with legal, engineering, and privacy teams.
- English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level (both spoken and written).
Nice to Have:
- Experience with CI/CD and modern DevOps practices.
- Backend languages such as PHP, Node.js, or Python.
