Responsibilities:

• Translate business goals into technology strategy and execution, ensuring engineering priorities support growth, revenue, and customer success.
• Partner with executive leadership to define company strategy and provide expert technical input in business discussions.
• Lead and scale a global team of 60+ engineers across backend, frontend, mobile, and AI disciplines.
• Drive engineering excellence across quality, reliability, scalability, security, performance, velocity, and foster a culture of craftsmanship.
• Leverage AI/ML in both product workflows and engineering practices to accelerate development and innovation.
• Evolve platform architecture to support high-scale Product-Led Growth (PLG) products and enterprise requirements (including Agentic infrastructure, APIs, integrations, RBAC, and compliance).
• Collaborate with Leadership, Product, Design, and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams to align technical execution with customer and business priorities.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years in senior leadership roles (Director/VP) within a SaaS company or high-growth technology environment.
• Proven track record delivering SaaS products end-to-end, including managing large-scale releases, ensuring product reliability, and meeting customer/business expectations.
• Strong business acumen, demonstrating the ability to align engineering delivery with company strategy, revenue goals, and customer needs.
• Experience partnering with executives and cross-functional leaders to effectively balance technical decisions with business tradeoffs.
• Deep expertise in software and platform architecture, distributed systems, and SaaS infrastructure.
• Proven track record scaling global, distributed teams while maintaining a strong remote-first culture.
• Experience delivering both self-serve scale and enterprise-grade platforms.

Preferred Qualifications (A Plus):

• Hands-on experience with AI/ML infrastructure.
• Familiarity with our technology stack: Laravel (PHP), Go, React/Redux, Node.js, Playwright, Selenium, Swift, Kotlin, cloud-native infrastructure, Kubernetes, CI/CD.
