Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product vision aligned with organizational goals, leveraging expertise in cloud infrastructure, AI, machine learning, and enterprise solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver innovative products utilizing Agile methodologies and SDLC best practices.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conception through deployment, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems such as ERP systems, databases, and network infrastructure.
• Drive technical architecture decisions related to system design, virtualization (vSphere), containerization (CI/CD), and security protocols, including firewalls, VPNs, DNS, and network security standards like NIST.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate strategic partnerships to enhance product capabilities while ensuring compliance with industry standards such as PCI and data security regulations.
• Implement data-driven decision-making processes utilizing SQL, Python, RPA tools, and analytics to optimize product performance and customer satisfaction.
• Foster a culture of innovation by staying current on emerging technologies such as AI, DevOps practices, cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure), and networking protocols (MPLS, WAN).
• Lead disaster recovery planning, business continuity strategies, and risk management initiatives to safeguard enterprise assets.
• Effectively manage budgets and align resources to project priorities, overseeing project management activities to ensure timely delivery within scope.

Required Experience

• Proven executive leadership experience managing software development teams within a fast-paced technology environment.
• Extensive background in product management for enterprise solutions involving cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS), virtualization (vSphere), databases (Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server), and system administration.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex projects utilizing Agile frameworks; familiar with SDLC processes from planning through deployment.
• Strong technical proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, C#, PHP, Node.js; experience with front-end frameworks like React and Angular is highly desirable.
• Deep understanding of network architecture, including DNS management, VPNs, MPLS networks, LAN/WAN configurations, VoIP systems, firewall security measures, and network administration best practices.
• Knowledge of information security standards, including PCI compliance and NIST guidelines; experience implementing enterprise security policies is essential.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly across executive-level teams; skilled in vendor negotiations and strategic planning.
• Experience managing large-scale IT infrastructure projects involving SAN storage solutions, server management, system design for enterprise applications, and disaster recovery planning.

Pay: $195,000.00 - $310,000.00 per year
