TYPO3 Web Developer (m/f/d) - Remote

expeer, a founder-led IT technology and consulting company based in Bonn, is seeking a talented TYPO3 Web Developer. We deliver complex digital projects for businesses, public clients, and international organizations, combining technical expertise with high-quality standards and reliable teamwork. This remote (Germany-wide) position offers flexibility for a developer who loves clean TYPO3 development and wants to work on challenging web projects, designing and implementing modern web applications and sustainable digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement modern web applications based on TYPO3.
• Ensure technically clean and sustainable implementation of customer-specific requirements.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues in development, design, and project management.
• Support existing customers with adjustments, further developments, and new functionalities.
• Assist with maintenance, support, and optimization of existing systems.
• Ensure structured, economical, and quality-oriented project implementation.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Several years of professional experience in web development, ideally at least 5 years, with significant experience in TYPO3.
• Excellent knowledge of TYPO3, especially TypoScript, Extbase, and Fluid.
• Experience in template development, such as with Bootstrap.
• Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/Node, and MySQL/MariaDB.
• Good knowledge of version control using Git.
• Very good written and spoken German language skills (minimum C1 level).
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Team player with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of technical and organizational contexts.
• Experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum, is a plus.
