Daily responsibilities include maintaining and optimizing e-commerce systems, performing technical analysis, resolving faults, monitoring performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and proactive communication to ensure operational efficiency.

Responsibilities and Attributions
In this role, you will:
- Maintain and implement new functionalities in e-commerce web systems, adhering to best architectural practices.
- Conduct technical studies to refine feature and improvement proposals, ensuring viability and efficiency.
- Analyze and resolve critical bugs, identifying root causes and implementing fast, secure corrections.
- Monitor the health of production applications (e.g., performance, resource consumption), propose optimizations, and create alerts.
- Interact with the Product team and other departments, clarifying technical queries and aligning expectations.
- Validate and document functionalities, ensuring clarity for future updates and integrations.
- Manage your workload to meet product deadlines and expectations.
- Act proactively in communication channels to understand and resolve any issues.

Hard Skills
- Consolidated knowledge in PHP language (7.x, 8.X) and object-oriented programming.
- Consolidated knowledge with a PHP framework (Laravel, Symfony, or CakePHP).
- Knowledge in using AI tools for productivity (Cursor, Prompt Engineering, Github Copilot, etc).
- Consolidated knowledge in relational databases - modeling, query optimization, joins (MySQL, Postgres, etc).
- Code quality tools (PHPStan, Code Sniffer, etc).
- Knowledge in good development practices and clean coding:
- S.O.L.I.D / Design Patterns / Clean Code / Object Calisthenics
- PSRs - especially PSR-1 and PSR-12
- Proficiency in automated testing (PHP Unit) and use of mocks.
- Proficiency in Docker (creation, usage, and debugging commands).
- Basic knowledge in cache (Redis, Memcached, Varnish).
- Ability to create and apply cache strategies for performance improvements.
- Advanced knowledge in version control with GIT.
- Basic commands and troubleshooting such as reverts, conflict resolution.
- Basic knowledge in pipelines / Continuous Integration (CI/CD).
- Configuration and debugging of pipelines and basic Shell knowledge for script execution.
- Basic knowledge of software architecture concepts (Layered Architecture, DDD, MVC, etc).
- Basic knowledge in queue management (RabbitMQ or Kafka).
- Understanding of queue operation, creation, and monitoring.
- REST APIs and HTTP protocol.
- Basic experience with Vue JS or a frontend component framework/library.
- Sufficient English language knowledge for reading technical documents and creating internal documentation.
Even better if you have:
- Knowledge in monitoring and observability tools (New Relic, Grafana, Datadog, etc).
- Consolidated knowledge in servers (Nginx, Apache).
- Knowledge in Javascript testing (Jest, Jasmine, etc).
