Responsibilities and Duties
Customer Service and Autonomy
- Handling low-complexity requests (chat and ticket), guiding clients on problem resolution, and fostering client autonomy for future situations.
Scenario Analysis and Simulations
- Supporting the simulation of client-reported scenarios and problems to contribute to quick and effective solutions.
Improvement Proposals
- Creating and suggesting improvements and corrections to the Product Owner (PO), continuously evolving our products and processes.
Documentation and Support Reduction
- Identifying and enhancing support documentation and/or products, ensuring clients find rapid answers without needing to contact support.
Validation and Development Support
- Assisting with validations and tests as needed, providing support to the development team to ensure product excellence.
Complete Ticket Validation
- Ensuring all tickets submitted to the development team include detailed simulations and necessary attachments to expedite analysis.
SLA Compliance
- Monitoring and ensuring that agreed-upon deadlines for each ticket are met, preventing delays and rework.

Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in your daily activities, you will need:
- A passion for customer service and problem-solving.
- Experience with industry tools (e.g., service platforms, ticket management systems, XML/JSON editors).
- Basic understanding of electronic tax documents (e.g., NFe, NFCe, MDFe, CTe, CTe OS).
- Basic understanding of programming logic and databases to solve daily challenges.
- Basic knowledge of a programming language (e.g., Delphi, C#, VB6, PHP, Java).
- Availability for on-call duty when necessary.

- Basic knowledge of REST APIs and their functionality.
- Understanding of eSocial/Reinf/Sped.
