100% remote - full-time. Inleed is a Swedish web hosting and internet service provider with thousands of customers, a small tight team, and big ambitions. Now we are looking for reinforcement for our first-line support – someone who likes to help people and solve problems for real, not just forward tickets.
What you do
You are the customer's first contact via phone, email, and live chat.
A typical day can involve:
- Troubleshooting websites that are acting up – often WordPress, PHP errors, SSL certificates
- Migrating customers from other providers (websites, email, domains)
- Helping customers with email problems – accounts, clients, delivery issues
- Troubleshooting domain and DNS issues – pointers, zone files, propagation
- Helping our internet customers with simpler connection troubleshooting
- Escalating the right things to second line – and learning from them along the way
Who you are
This is not a job for beginners in IT.
You don't need to be a sysadmin, but you must understand the basics:
- You know what a DNS zone is and understand the difference between A, MX, and CNAME
- You have tinkered with WordPress – themes, plugins, maybe a broken site or two
- You understand how email works under the hood (not just "it doesn't work")
- You are genuinely technically curious and test your way forward before giving up
- You write and speak fluent Swedish and like customer contact
Bonus if you also have
- Experience from web hosting, ISP, or other support environment
- Basic knowledge of Linux and the terminal
- Knowledge of cPanel/DirectAdmin-like panels
