Technical Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dynamic, data-driven web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
• Design, develop, and maintain dynamic, data-driven mobile applications.
• Make mission-critical decisions and assume ownership of platform and architecture.
• Lead architectural and design decisions for new and existing web projects.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code and enforce best practices through code reviews.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Implement security and data protection measures within web solutions.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full web stack.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong proficiency with server-side languages and frameworks (PHP).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, databases (SQL and NoSQL), and web services.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies.
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Proficient with version control tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD practices.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and cross-browser development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional web development experience.

Additional Comments:

This position is remote eligible, with a preferred location in Georgia/Southeast Region of the U.S. Occasional travel and in-office requirements of approximately 15-25% of the time.
