Key Responsibilities
The Technical Architecture Manager role ensures alignment between technological solutions and the institution's strategic objectives, promoting market standards and best practices. Functions include:
- Comprehensive management of the organization's technical architecture.
- Defining the architecture model for current and future systems.
- Managing vendors responsible for technology implementations.
- Establishing and communicating development guidelines and best practices.
- Ensuring governance and compliance with the defined architecture.
- Training and supporting the team in adopting architecture patterns.
- Guaranteeing and administering the technological platform for developments (currently being defined).
- Providing technical advice and support to project teams to ensure architectural consistency.
- Monitoring technological trends and proposing innovations that add value.
- Documenting and maintaining the architecture map and key technical decisions.
Required Qualifications
Required Education:
- University Degree: Bachelor's or Licentiate in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related studies.
- Master's or complementary training in Software Architecture, Systems Engineering, or related areas is valued.
Required Technical Knowledge:
- Office tools (Office Suite).
- Architecture modeling tools (ArchiMate, UML, BPMN).
- Reference frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, or others).
Required Experience:
- Minimum 3 years directing and defining technical/enterprise architecture teams or practices.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and collaborating across different technology areas.
- Experience defining and implementing architectures in complex and heterogeneous environments (PHP, Oracle, Microsoft, MS Azure, AWS, cloud and hybrid environments, API Management).
- Participation in critical projects requiring high availability and business continuity.
Required Languages:
- English level C1 (essential for interacting with technology companies and international teams).
