Harvbrest is seeking an experienced, results-oriented Technical Leader and Dolibarr Developer for a full-time, remote position in Mexico, offering up to $24,000.00 per month with an option for an indefinite contract. The role involves administering a remote database, parameterizing and maintaining Dolibarr modules (e.g., products, inventories, sales), resolving functional incidents, and extensively customizing/developing Dolibarr modules (modifying existing, creating hooks/triggers, custom modules, PDF templates, reports, SQL queries). Essential technical skills include proven real-world knowledge of Dolibarr structure and modification, PHP, MySQL/MariaDB (complex queries, optimization), Git, Linux (logs, permissions, cron, debugging), and cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred, AWS acceptable) with an understanding of Linux + Apache/Nginx + PHP + MySQL/MariaDB stack. Integration with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and automation with Power Automate are also key.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering a remote database that currently presents some inconsistencies.
Dolibarr – Operation and functionality
- Parameterize and maintain Dolibarr modules:
- Products / Services
- Inventories and warehouses
- Transfers between warehouses
- Sales, purchases and POS
- Customers, suppliers and projects
- Resolve functional and operational incidents for real users (sales, warehouse, admin).
Dolibarr – Customization and development (KEY)
- Modify existing modules to meet specific needs:
- Changes in business flows
- Additional validations
- Extra fields with logic
- Adjustments in processes (e.g. transfers, cash cuts, inventories)
Development of:
- Hooks, triggers and overrides
- Custom modules when standard functionality does not exist
Modification of:
- PDF templates
- Reports
- Specific SQL queries for operation
Integration and automation
- Integration with:
- Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Possible future integrations (e-commerce, billing, etc.)
- Automation with:
- Power Automate (notifications, approvals, synchronizations)
- Use of:
- Dolibarr REST API
- HTTP actions when applicable
Infrastructure – Azure (preferred)
- Stack operation:
- Linux + Apache/Nginx + PHP + MySQL/MariaDB
- Azure:
- VM / Networking / Storage
- Backups, snapshots, updates
- Basic security:
- TLS, access, patches, hardening
- If coming from AWS, must be able to adapt the model to Azure without problem.
