Technical Lead- Wordpress Development

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Tech Lead - WordPress Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in WordPress theme customization, plugin development, and plugin customization. Additionally, knowledge of Gravity Forms and Gutenberg block customization is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Customizing WordPress themes to meet client requirements
• Working effectively in a WordPress Multisite environment
• Developing custom plugins and integrating third-party plugins into WordPress
• Creating custom forms using Gravity Forms
• Customizing Gutenberg blocks to align with website design and functionality
• Troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to WordPress customization
• Collaborating with the team to ensure timely project completion
• Staying updated with the latest WordPress trends and best practices
• Communicating effectively with Business Analysts (BAs) and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Proven experience in WordPress theme customization and plugin development
• Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, MySQL, and REST API
• Good to Have: Knowledge of Frontend Technologies like Bootstrap, Angular, React, and Backend Technologies like NodeJS, ExpressJS
• Experience with build tools such as Grunt and Gulp
• Knowledge of Agile Methodology, including Jira and Teamwork
• Proficiency with version control systems like Git and SVN
• Experience with Gravity Forms, Gutenberg block customization, DIVI Themes, Elementor, and Visual Composer
• Strong understanding of WordPress Hooks
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WordPress customization
• Server knowledge (Apache, Nginx)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong team collaboration abilities
• Understanding of DevOps principles

Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour
