A professional from the CONTRACTED party who acts as a technical reference within the Squad. Performs code inspection, technical transfer, and prioritization of stories.
Requirements and Qualifications
We are looking for a Technical Leader passionate about technology, with solid experience in systems architecture, software engineering best practices, and leadership of multidisciplinary teams. This professional will be responsible for technically directing projects, promoting decisions aligned with business objectives, and ensuring the quality of the delivered solutions.
Responsibilities
- Technically lead the squads, promoting software engineering best practices and DevOps culture.
- Monitor and guide the development team in the use of architectural patterns, testing, versioning, and code review.
- Be a technical reference for solving complex problems and validating technical and technological decisions.
- Support the writing and validation of stories in BDD, contributing to behavior-driven development that is closer to real needs.
- Actively participate in inception and discovery dynamics, ensuring that technical requirements are clear and well-defined from the beginning.
- Promote integration between development, DevOps, QA, and architecture, ensuring continuous and quality deliveries.
- Ensure that solutions are aligned with modern practices of security, scalability, and performance.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical areas, translating business needs into viable and efficient solutions.
Technical Requirements
- Completed higher education (technologist, undergraduate, and/or lato sensu postgraduate and/or stricto sensu postgraduate) in the field of Information Technology.
- Solid experience with software architecture and technical leadership in agile teams.
- Mastery of at least two of the following languages:
- Python;
- PHP;
- JavaScript (Node.js or Front-end frameworks).
- Experience with hybrid environments (on-premise and cloud, preferably Azure).
- Experience with containers (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
- Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, or ARM).
- Knowledge of authentication/authorization with Keycloak or similar tools.
- Familiarity with observability: Prometheus, Grafana, and structured logs.
- Experience with AI integration or interest in machine learning-based solutions is a plus.
