What You Should Bring
- You have a completed vocational training, a university degree, and/or relevant professional experience in the field of computer science.
- Experience with iTop is an advantage, but not a requirement – We will provide you with the necessary know-how. However, you should be comfortable with Linux and open-source environments – SSH, Apache, PHP, Ubuntu, MySQL, and git are not foreign words to you.
- A basic understanding of IT Service Management concepts (ITIL, ISO20000) is an advantage.
- Independent work, clear communication, and a competent demeanor are no problem for you.
- You have good command of written and spoken German, as well as good written and spoken English or French.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 50%) in the D-A-CH region and France.
Your Responsibilities
- You design and implement solutions for and with our customers for IT operations based on open-source technologies (focus on PHP, MySQL, iTop).
- You support our operations and migration projects with your technical know-how.
- You create clear requirements documentation, specifications, and technical documentation.
- You accompany and support our customers within the framework of our iTop projects, from project start to go-live.
