Senior Tech Lead (AI-Integrated Development)

We are seeking a Tech Lead for our rapidly growing IT team, focusing on programming integrated with Artificial Intelligence (AI). This Senior role requires proficiency in AI-integrated IDEs and the ability to rapidly deliver business value through IT solutions while maintaining high programming quality.

Your Tasks:

  • Serve as the benchmark for the IT team regarding work standards.
  • Ensure high programming quality and maintain a fast delivery pace (individually and as a team).
  • Select the necessary scope of tasks required to achieve business goals (avoiding unnecessary future work).
  • Participate in end-to-end creation of IT solutions alongside business departments (IT is not a silo).
  • Actively program and develop web applications (new features, bug fixing, refactors).
  • Participate in designing the architecture of new solutions and development infrastructure.
  • Participate in code review and ensure the quality of created solutions.
  • Constantly raise development process standards.
  • Work closely with the team (Devs, PMs/POs, QAs).

Requirements:

  • Excellent understanding of the business context at a high level of detail.
  • Exceptional ability to translate business goals into IT solutions that are maximally simple and minimally complicated.
  • Willingness and perseverance in constantly raising team standards (code quality, system architecture, and process).
  • Ability to use modern AI tools in programming (like Cursor / Windsurf) to create entire functions/modules.
  • Min. 4 years of commercial experience with PHP and Symfony.
  • Min. 2 years of commercial experience with TypeScript and React.js or Vue.js.
  • Knowledge of web application performance and optimization issues.
  • Practical knowledge of containerized environments (Docker).
  • Practical knowledge of design patterns and good programming practices (SOLID, KISS, DRY, etc.).
  • Proficiency in working with version control systems, e.g., Git.
  • Demonstrated ownership, independence, and responsibility for assigned tasks.
  • Accuracy and diligence in individual and team work.
  • Fluent knowledge of the Polish language.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of cloud application infrastructure (e.g., GCP).
  • Experience in developing microservice architecture.
  • Experience in writing unit and integration tests.
  • Commercial experience with Node.js / Nest.js.
