What you will do as a Team Lead Full-Stack Developer
Development & technical expertise
- Develop front-end (React.js) applications and actively contribute to the back-end (Java, PHP)
- Participate in all development stages: design, implementation, production, and maintenance
- Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability of solutions
- Contribute to documentation, scoping, code reviews, and testing (unit and integration)
Technical leadership & team
- Supervise and support a team of developers on a daily basis
- Play an active role in work organization through the Agile / Scrum framework
- Lead daily Scrum ceremonies and ensure the application of processes within a team.
- Participate in sprint planning, commitment tracking, and continuous improvement
- Be a technical reference point, while maintaining a posture of listening and collaboration
Collaboration & decision-making
- Work closely with Product Managers, designers, and other stakeholders
- Help the team make good technical decisions, even with incomplete information
- Communicate clearly on technical issues, trade-offs, and constraints

Your profile
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, with strong front-end and back-end expertise
- Excellent command of modern technologies (React, Java, PHP, APIs, SQL databases)
- At least 1 year of experience as a Team Lead or in a technical leadership role
- Concrete experience working in Agile / Scrum
- Excellent understanding of clean, scalable, and maintainable code principles
- Comfortable with Git, code reviews, and development best practices
- Ability to manage both your own technical tasks and leadership responsibilities
- Analytical mindset, oriented towards complex problem-solving
- Technically curious, with a real desire to stay up to date (tools, practices, AI)
- Comfortable in a SaaS and scale-up environment
- Bilingual French / English (professional French, functional English)
