What You Will Do as a Team Lead Full-Stack Developer
Development & Technical Expertise
- Develop front-end applications using React.js and contribute to back-end development with Java and PHP.
- Engage in all phases of the software development lifecycle: design, implementation, production deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
- Ensure high standards of code quality, system performance, and solution maintainability.
- Contribute to technical documentation, project scoping, code reviews, and comprehensive testing (unit and integration).
Technical Leadership & Team Management
- Provide daily supervision and support to a team of skilled developers.
- Actively organize work processes using the Agile / Scrum framework.
- Lead daily Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to team processes.
- Participate in sprint planning, track commitments, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Serve as a key technical reference, fostering an environment of active listening and collaboration.
Collaboration & Strategic Decision-Making
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, designers, and other key stakeholders.
- Guide the team in making sound technical decisions, even when faced with incomplete information.
- Clearly communicate technical challenges, trade-offs, and constraints to relevant parties.

Your Profile
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, demonstrating strong expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies.
- Excellent command of modern tech stack components including React, Java, PHP, APIs, and SQL databases.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Team Lead or in a similar technical leadership capacity.
- Proven experience working within Agile / Scrum methodologies.
- Deep understanding of principles for writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Proficiency with Git, conducting code reviews, and adhering to development best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to balance personal technical contributions with team leadership responsibilities.
- Analytical mindset, adept at complex problem-solving.
- Technically curious, with a strong drive to stay current with new tools, practices, and AI advancements.
- Comfortable operating within a SaaS and scale-up environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in French (professional) and English (functional).
