As a Systems Specialist, you will design enhancements and new business applications and information systems solutions by integrating technical and business requirements. You will serve as a technical designer, identifying optimal solutions and defining technical specifications within the code environment. This role bridges business analyst needs and architect definitions to create robust technical solutions.

You will lead and support high-profile Utilization Management (UM) and Care Management (CM) initiatives, addressing critical regulatory mandates and advancing organizational capabilities for competitive advantage. The ideal candidate will quickly translate complex business and operational requirements into scalable technology solutions, demonstrating experience with modern healthcare interoperability standards and frameworks like FHIR and Da Vinci.

Success requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective communication to collaborate with external vendor partners and cross-functional internal teams, including engineering, infrastructure, and business stakeholders. This position also supports production operations, demanding strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills to manage user incidents, participate in technical bridge calls, and support scheduled after-hours and weekend maintenance activities to ensure system stability and performance.

NOTE: This is a Work From Home (WFH) role. Sponsorship is not available, including for those currently on OPT.

Required Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of Information Technology experience OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 7 years of Information Technology experience OR 9 years of Information Technology experience.
