We are seeking a Systems Developer eager to help develop, improve, and maintain a complex system for billing, data processing, and general internal operations. You will join a young developer team working with telecom and automation on top of a rock-solid UX at Adversus A/S in Aarhus.

Adversus' solution is an all-in-one sales acceleration platform with our core product being an outbound dialer for sales teams. As our new Systems Developer, you will be welcomed with open arms by a team of 11 developers and join them in delivering the next generation of our software.

What will you be working with?

In addition to the core Adversus application, we have developed a considerably complex system for internal business processes, billing, and CRM activities. Your main responsibility will initially be to continue development, mitigate issues, and ensure the stability of this internal platform.

Over time, we see your focus shift to our core application, although you will remain responsible for development efforts on the internal platform as needed. For our core application, your primary responsibilities will be implementing new features and services as well as improving the existing ones. This includes work on our various automation systems, on-demand large-scale task processing, and keeping our integrations up to date.

You should be interested in working with new technologies, and some very old ones, and be able to start working on problems where you may not know all the details up front. Async processing flows and data-driven programming regarding both backend and frontend shouldn’t be completely unfamiliar territory.

We have a somewhat complicated tech stack running behind the scenes, but you will initially work primarily with the following technologies:

• PHP / MySQL / Redis
• Integrations to Salesforce and e-conomic

Later on, it will be possible to work with other technologies in our stack, e.g.:

• React / TypeScript / Tailwind
• NodeJS / Elastic search / WebRTC / SignalR / RabbitMQ

While a relevant degree is valued, you mainly need the technical chops and experience to call yourself a Systems Developer. How you acquired that specific skill set is less important. You have experience with some of our core tech stack and are ready to take on a challenge with the other technologies. You must be effective at communicating in English. As a person, you are disciplined, reliable, and ready to be a team player. You take responsibility and understand how your development work contributes to our customers' business needs. You love being part of a humorous work environment, and you are curious about new technologies.
