We are seeking a Symfony Developer eager to grow within a collaborative, technically demanding, and purpose-driven environment.
Your Mission
You will join the development team, participating in the construction, evolution, and maintenance of robust and scalable backend solutions. You will work closely with design, CRO, analytics, and development profiles.
Daily Responsibilities
- Development and maintenance of backend applications using Symfony.
- Design and implementation of scalable APIs and services.
- Participation in technical decision-making and architecture definition.
- Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams in Agile environments.
- Performance optimization, ensuring high code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Analysis and resolution of technical incidents.
- Occasional coordination with client teams, with willingness to attend offices in Madrid when required by the project.
REQUISITOS
Required Skills
- Professional experience developing with PHP and Symfony.
- Solid knowledge of backend architecture and design patterns.
- Experience working with REST APIs.
- Proficiency in relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Experience using version control (Git) and Continuous Integration tools like Jenkins.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate clearly.
- Residence in Madrid or surrounding areas.
Highly Valued Experience
- Experience designing decoupled architectures and/or microservices.
- Experience with Kubernetes.
- Experience in cloud environments.
- Interest in continuous improvement, technical quality, and good practices.
- Experience having worked in agency environments or projects with end clients.
