REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT technical support
- Proven experience in configuration, administration, and support of Zabbix instances
- SNMP management: configuration of traps, MIBs, and network devices
- Proficiency in SQL (MySQL / PostgreSQL) for queries and diagnostics
- Solid knowledge of TCP/IP networks: routing, switching, and connectivity diagnostics
- Server administration with LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL/MariaDB, PHP)
- Advanced English B2/C1 (written and conversational)
- Valid passport (travel availability ~20%)

- Attention and resolution of technical support tickets
