ZAP-Hosting is a leading provider of game servers, virtual servers, and dedicated hosting solutions. We serve customers worldwide with a modern infrastructure, emphasizing reliable support and technical quality.

We are immediately seeking 1–2 full-time Support Agents (m/f/d) for our 1st-level customer support team to enhance our growing operations.

Tasks

• Process customer inquiries within 1st-level support.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues related to our hosting products.
• Assist customers with server setup and administration.
• Document support cases thoroughly.
• Collaborate closely with the 2nd-level and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience with Linux and/or Windows servers.
• Strong technical understanding and a keen interest in support and problem-solving.
• Structured, reliable, and independent work ethic.
• Experience with ZAP-Hosting products and our interface is a plus.
