Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) - Remote
Logicalis Spain is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with a background in development and microservices environments to join our team. The successful candidate will focus on application modernization, designing scalable cloud-based solutions, and collaborating within a DevOps framework with development and support teams in a 100% remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop applications using Java or Python.
- Troubleshoot applications in Java/Python and Kubernetes environments.
- Transform legacy applications into microservices.
- Design Platform as a Service (PaaS) solutions.
- Create deployment files (YAML, Dockerfiles).
- Utilize monitoring tools such as ELK and Grafana.
- Collaborate effectively with development and support teams.
Required Experience:
- Experience with Kubernetes and cloud environments.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, and/or PHP.
- Experience with Git and version control systems.
- Familiarity with Docker, OpenShift, and/or Terraform.
- Experience with ELK Stack or similar monitoring solutions.
- Strong analytical skills for complex problem-solving.
