Sr. Full Stack Python / Django Developer – Media Buying Engineering Team (US Based)

Our platform helps marketers implement, automate, and scale their marketing programs across the world’s largest video library, YouTube, and emerging growth channels.

We are seeking an innovative and dedicated Sr Full Stack Python / Django Developer to join our growing team in the United States. This role requires expertise in the software engineering lifecycle and handling large data, with an emphasis on utilizing the latest technologies and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to develop and deliver end-to-end features across the stack.
• Lead technical design discussions and make architectural decisions for new features and systems.
• Analyze and optimize code for quality, efficiency, and performance; provide feedback during code reviews.
• Establish ownership of components, features, or systems with expert end-to-end understanding.
• Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Collaborate effectively with distributed team members across multiple time zones, including offshore development teams.
• Build relationships and foster team cohesion across geographical and cultural boundaries.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Experience with leading and mentoring junior developers.
• Expert proficiency with Python / Django.
• Strong proficiency with ReactJS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, web infrastructure, and tooling for automated testing and deployment.
• In-depth experience with cloud-based services (AWS).
• Experience with various database technologies (Postgres, OpenSearch, Redis).
• Experience with distributed data technologies (RabbitMQ, Celery).
