We are seeking a Specialist Quality Analyst to join our team and collectively drive innovation for people and businesses.
Responsibilities
- Act as a technical reference in software quality assurance.
- Define automated and manual testing strategies, ensuring comprehensive coverage and traceability.
- Implement and maintain continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) testing pipelines.
- Support the development team with root cause analysis for incidents and bugs.
- Define and monitor key quality indicators (e.g., test coverage, production bugs, average resolution time).
- Conduct test code reviews and promote QA best practices.
- Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to validate requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Champion a strong quality culture and ensure observability across test and production environments.
Required Skills & Experience
- Certifications (ISTQB, CTFL, or equivalent).
- Experience with testing in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Software development experience in languages such as Python, PHP, Node, Java, or similar.
- Proficiency in security testing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in Fintech companies.
- Intermediate technical English proficiency (reading/writing).
