This role involves providing substantive and technical support early in client engagements, encompassing needs analysis, architecture design, tender documentation preparation, and project handover to the implementation team.

Your Main Tasks

  • Conduct technical analysis of new solutions.
  • Define technical specifications, including architecture, technology, and product usage.
  • Prepare presentation materials and technological studies for project and tender documentation.
  • Select appropriate solutions and technologies for designed IT systems.
  • Develop assumptions for pricing proposed solutions.
  • Estimate solution complexity and build costs.
  • Size solutions and infrastructure.
  • Lead Research and Development (R&D) efforts in new technologies.
  • Prepare Proof of Concept (PoC) prototypes for emerging technologies.
  • Provide technical consulting to clients.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer to project teams.
  • Collaborate with the sales team.

We Are Looking For You If You Possess

  • Several years of experience as a Solution Architect, Programmer, or System Analyst in IT projects, particularly within Microsoft .NET and/or LAMP technology ecosystems.
  • Extensive knowledge of IT architecture, technologies, and solutions.
  • Proven experience in technical solution analysis and defining implementation requirements.
  • Experience in conducting R&D and preparing PoC prototypes for new technologies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with experience in workshops, requirements analysis, and presenting solutions.
  • Practical experience bridging technology and business needs.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with development teams, client project teams, and sales teams.
  • Practical understanding of software development processes.
  • Fluency in Polish and English (minimum C1 level).

Nice to Have

  • Experience with diverse technology stacks: .NET, PHP, Python, Java.
  • Commercial experience applying AI in projects.
  • Commercial experience in IIoT/Industry 4.0 projects.
  • Experience in penetration testing.
