Software Tester / QA Engineer – Salesforce / CRM / Enterprise Software (m/f/d)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Software Tester / QA Engineer specializing in Salesforce, CRM, and Enterprise Software to enhance our quality assurance efforts for complex software solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and documenting tests to ensure the functionality, security, and performance of our CRM and enterprise software. You will collaborate closely with development, product management, and other departments to deliver high-quality solutions and drive continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test cases and test plans based on requirements and specifications.
• Execute manual and automated tests, including regression tests and load tests.
• Utilize test automation tools such as Selenium, LoadRunner, or HP ALM to boost testing process efficiency.
• Employ tools like TestNG, Maven, Jenkins, and version control systems (SVN, TFS) for test environment management.
• Analyze test results and error reports, collaborating closely with developers for bug fixing.
• Ensure compliance with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum).
• Validate interfaces and data integrity using SQL, JSON, XML, JDBC, or PL/SQL.
• Create and maintain test documentation and reports for stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement of testing processes and methods.

Required Qualifications

• Completed studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• Profound experience in software testing, ideally with Salesforce, CRM systems, or Enterprise Software.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, C++, PHP, or JavaScript, as well as HTML, CSS, and XMLis an advantage.
• Experience with test automation tools (Selenium, LoadRunner, HP ALM) and Jenkins or TFS for Continuous Integration.
• Familiarity with databases and SQL-based systems (Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle).
• Knowledge of Agile development processes (Scrum) and experience with version control systems (SVN, TFS).
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Good communication skills in English and teamwork ability.
