IBCO TECH is hiring a Software Sales professional for a hybrid remote role in Ajman, UAE, offering AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month. Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and generate new leads and business opportunities for IT software in UAE.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software and IT solutions.
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up to close sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with technical and support teams to ensure successful project implementation.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Prepare sales reports and update customer records regularly.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT software solutions, IT sales, or a similar role.
- Good understanding of ERP systems, cloud-based solutions, IT infrastructure, and technical support.
- Familiarity with web applications and relational database concepts.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and related technologies is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Good understanding of sales processes and marketing pipelines, with the ability to learn and apply effective sales techniques.
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with effective time management and task prioritization skills.
- High attention to detail with excellent follow-up skills throughout the sales cycle.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.
- Ability to generate leads, develop business opportunities, and achieve sales targets.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required, and knowledge of Urdu is an advantage.
- A valid UAE driving license is mandatory
