About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Developer to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will contribute to modern software projects, collaborating with developers, project managers, and clients to build, enhance, and maintain high-quality applications.
This position demands a strong technical foundation, excellent problem-solving abilities, and clear English communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and improve software applications.
- Collaborate with team members on project requirements and technical solutions.
- Participate actively in daily stand-ups and regular team meetings.
- Attend client meetings and technical discussions when required.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with other developers and project stakeholders.
- Follow project requirements, deadlines, and development best practices.
- Provide updates on assigned tasks and project progress.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong understanding of software development principles.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Comfortable and confident speaking English during daily stand-ups, team meetings, technical discussions, and client calls.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a fully remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with an international team.
Preferred Technical Skills
Candidates should have experience with some of the following technologies:
- JavaScript or TypeScript
- React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Node.js, Python, .NET, Java, PHP, or similar backend technologies
- HTML and CSS
- SQL or NoSQL databases
- REST APIs and third-party API integrations
- Git and version control
- Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
