Software Developer (Full-Time)

We are looking for Software Developers to strengthen our team, focusing on our HR management software. This full-time position is available at our Großefehn / Timmel location (Aurich/East Frisia district) or remotely throughout Germany (Home Office).
How You Will Succeed With Us:
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth operation of our web systems and applications.
- Develop new features for our HR software and implement them within customer IT environments.
- Contribute your IT skills to important tasks and projects as part of our continuous improvement process.
What Makes Us Successful:
- You have experience in object-oriented programming using PHP.
- You are proficient in handling MySQL databases, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Your strengths include strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a solution-oriented approach.
- Experience testing code with PHP-Unit, or the willingness to learn it, is highly valued.
Onboarding and Development
Your onboarding will take place at our Großefehn location, where experienced colleagues will guide you through an individually tailored training plan. We support your goals with a personal development plan and continuous training.
The development environment supports Linux, Windows, and MacOs.
