Software Architect – AI & Cloud Transformation

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Software Architect to join our team!

Main Responsibilities:

• Create and integrate end-to-end AI agents into our SDLC to accelerate team performance, transforming our work model and training people in this model.
• Design and advocate for cloud architecture solutions.
• Technically lead multidisciplinary teams, ensuring the execution of Agile Software Engineering and DevSecOps best practices.
• Participate in the discovery and co-creation of solutions, diving into the technical aspects of existing applications and potential solutions.
• Structure technical backlogs and refine stories.
• Refine architecture designs, develop proofs of concept, and implement frameworks, components, and modules.
• Create and manage the project's technical roadmap, including architectural activities, system dependencies, risks, and technical debt.
• Ensure functional and non-functional requirements are met.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Hard Skills:

• Passion for AI technologies and their application in software development, both to accelerate team performance and generate customer solutions.
• Solid understanding of software development principles and design patterns.
• Proficiency in backend and frontend languages, with an emphasis on Java and Angular, but open to others like React, Python, PHP, and .NET.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, especially AWS.
• Proficiency in RESTful API design and development.
• Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD practices.

Soft Skills:

• Desire to learn and adapt to new technologies and languages.
• Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
